Our am herein is to create opportunities to enable women and men to participate in, contribute to and benefit from growth processes in ways that recognize the value of their contributions, respect their dignity and make it possible to negotiate a fairer distribution of the benefits of growth.
The economic empowerment programme focuses on:
- Mobilizing resources for supporting economic empowerment of youth
- Mobilizing youth to identify and participate in business ventures that would liberate them financially
- Provide educational programmes and mentorship to upcoming business owners, equipping them for growth and higher profitability
- Identifying major regional transformational projects and developing a framework for community engagement, investment and standardization of activities that would change the economic well-being of all families.
